What two great things God graced us with this morning. I couldn't believe it when it snowed this passed Tuesday and then again today. Dillon was excited this morning when Brian woke us all up at 6:15 just so we could see the snow. I think we are all even more excited because we really haven't had this happen in November in a while. It is so exciting. Dillon also was even more happy about his birthday party at school today. We had dalmation cupcakes, apple slices, and pull-apart cheese sticks. We drank bottled water. He got to have Happy Birthday sung twice to him. He got to wear a birthday crown and even pick out the snack prayer. He also got to bring Froggy home (the class pet--it's stuffed). He was also the snack helper today. For him, could life get any better? Oh, yes. He got to pick a prize from Mrs. Jenny and Mrs. Brooks from their birthday bin. They also gave him a certificate for his day to always remember them by. He is also having his birthday party at the Fire Station tomorrow. When I pulled up to get him from school today it began snowing again. His teacher said, "God did this just so the preschoolers could see it again." I believe she was right. God has blessed us all and even answers the smallest of prayers of preschoolers, like being able to see the snow fall once again in the same day. God is good and I can't wait to see what else He has in store for blessing my little baby boy today and the rest of his birthday weekend! It's hard to believe that 4 years ago I didn't even know what he'd look like or be like. I wanted him to be in God's hands and be healthy. Look how God's blessing him on his special day and how much God is growing him everyday.
