2 More Blessings

Photobucket
This morning at 1:00 a.m. (yes, a.m.) we heard dogs just going at it. Brian went and checked on things with Holly and there was another dog in our fenced in yard. (We still don't know how he/she got in). It was a black dog with a red collar. The neighbors deny it's theirs. Well, upon checking things out Brian "found" a trampoline in our backyard as well. The wind must have picked up our neighbor's trampoline and lifted it perfectly in our yard. No fence was broken and no one or nothing was hurt. The trampoline is damaged but overall everyone and everything else seems to be o.k. You see, Brian's trailers are in the backyard along with all of Dillon's toys and playground equipment. Nothing else has been messed up. Some things are out of place, but nothing damaged. What a blessing! God only knows how and why things happened. We'll probably never know the meaning behind the trampoline and dog being in our yard at that time, but we do know God is in control. After checking Holly over and putting her in the garage to be away from the other dog all we could do was laugh. It's been a long day already but we know God has had His hand in it once again. You see Brian and I had a day yesterday that made us kind of cranky (let's just put it that way). God knew we needed our focus back on Him after our little pity party and He knew we not only needed to see His protection for us and Holly and His provision, but He also wanted us to be together and laugh.
