Facing The Son: 1 Year--Man Where Has the Time Gone?

Hannah is 1 today! Man, it is hard for us to believe. I feel like I am in a bubble even typing this. She is pulling up and taking a few steps every now and then. Her new word is diaper. She is into everything, I mean everything (i.e.) the dishwasher, bathrooms, etc. If you say no, Hannah, and follow after her it just makes her crawl even quicker while she giggles. She has become even more intelligent to us. She will say ut-o and then wait for you to look before she drops an item and then drop it. If you catch an item she's trying to let go, she'll hide it under a pillow or something and then say ut-o. She will try and place things where they go, like putting Brian's top back on his contact lens case. She is also placing objects on other ones. She still won't keep a bow in her hair. If you give her a brush or bow she will attempt to put them in her hair. She loves to copy and do what you are doing or saying (i.e.)dancing. She is just precious to us. We just praise God for a great little, smiley, healthy girl that has just added even more love to our family and a great best, best friend for Dillon. Praise be to God for a great first year with Hannah and being able to be with her during all of her firsts. I can't even believe God has blessed us in so many ways since June 19, 2008. Thanks be to God for Hannah and all she has added to our lives. Hannah pulled up and let go of the chair and took one step to me today. This is the first time she has tried to do it on her own.
