We did a pirate party at Nashville United Methodist Church tonight. Dillon had a really good time. They took pictures with a "big" adult pirate on a ship. Upon walking into dinner they were announced and "walked a plank." They ate out of a treasure box while they watched the Pirates that don't do Anything, DVD. Then they went on a treasure hunt to find goodies, made pirate eye patches, and played a coin toss game. They got balloon swords, which came apart quickly with all of the boys "fighting" with them. Overall, Dillon, and I think most of the boys had a really good time. ARRGH!
