Jackson Thomas Jenkins arrived via c-section at 1:44 p.m. on 3-19-10 at Nash General Hospital. He weighed 10 lbs. 5 oz. and was 21 1/2 inches long. He is so sweet and loving. He is a content baby.
Dillon is smitten with him and would rather hold him than eat. Hannah also turned 21months this day. She was trying to climb out of her crib the first thing that morning. Hannah is scared of him and trying to take it all in. She has warmed up some, "fed" him a bottle, kissed him, tried to "feed" him a french fry, and tried to "give" him toys.
Along the way he's had some issues with his health and some have been resolved. Some have not and we pray that they will soon. We are praying for wisdom, strength, etc. from God.
Brian and I feel so blessed with our new little family. I love each one more and more each day. I am so appreciative of these gifts God's given us. We pray for God's continue watch and protection over us. Thank you, God, for being there with us so far.
