One Month Later

Well, it's been a little over a month and we've definitely had some changes around here.

Dillon has started Kindergarten. Brian and I know that he's exactly where he needs to be and are ready for a great year. He had a little hard time leaving us. He's only known being at home with me for almost 6 years now. He doesn't know what it's like to be gone a full day without us. He misses each one of us. He has our kisses in his hand for comfort and his prayer cloth to remind him God is with him always. He said he sweated through his eyes(cried) a little when they read a book "The Kissing Hand." It reminded him of us. We got the book recently and read it prior to his first day. I couldn't make it through the first page, but managed finishing it. I cried like a baby. I did ok dropping him off for his sake, but cried off and on throughout the day. He is just super sweet, loving, and caring. He's sounding words out and "reading" more and more. He is still as creative as ever. He's maturing. He is physically getting bigger too. He just loves his brother and sister as well as everyone else in the world. He'll start flag football soon. He'll also do Sparks soon at church. Dillon will be baptised later on this month on a Sunday night.

Hannah is really doing great with potty training and talking more and more each day. She understands so much and is learning more and more each day. She is developing into a little mommy. She loves getting things "ready" for Jackson, like his exersaucer. She loves kissing him and holding him. Jackson and Dillon are her best friends. She's a little lost with Dillon being in school, but she's adjusting. We'll start BSF soon. Can't wait! She'll also be able to do Puggles at church...an addition to Awanas.

Jackson now has 2 teeth on the bottom. He's just a darling. He loves Dillon and Hannah. They love holding him and making him giggle. They can calm him down too. He's eating organic food now, because everything else seemed to cause a rash. He's just growing by leaps and bounds. He's rolling over and getting stronger everyday. He definitely has the sweetest smile. He's also able to go to BSF soon. We're going to have Jackson's dedication the same night as Dillon's baptism.

Glad to be on a schedule of sorts. Missing Brian on all his travels. I know he misses us too when he's away. When he's home we try and cherish our time, because with the house being built that time will come short too. After we move in and get settled hopefully, we'll slow down a little. Can't wait to see what God's gonna do in our lives within the next month.
